Punch-out and final cleans for new builds, renovations, and tenant fit-outs. Most jobs start within 48–72 hours of walkthrough. Tenants move in clean.

What's included

From dust-covered to tenant-ready.

Post-construction is the trickiest commercial clean — drywall dust gets into every surface, joint, and HVAC return. Our crews are equipped for it and scoped for it.

  • HEPA-filtered vacuuming of every surface — including ceilings, walls, vents, and fixtures
  • Window glass, sills, frames, and tracks — interior and exterior
  • Floor stripping, scrubbing, and finishing as required (VCT, hardwood, polished concrete)
  • Restroom and kitchen full clean — fixtures, mirrors, tile grout, hardware
  • Light fixtures, switches, outlets, thermostats, and door hardware wiped and detailed
  • Cabinets and millwork: interior and exterior wipe-down, sticker and label removal
  • Debris removal and final sweep — site is broom-clean and inspection-ready
  • Optional disinfection fogging before tenant move-in

We coordinate with your GC, PM, or architect on punch-list timing. If there's a hard deadline, we work backwards from it.
