Most offices under 15,000 sqft go with 3–5 nights per week. Under 5 people full-time? Twice weekly is often enough. Medical and food-adjacent spaces usually need nightly. We'll recommend a cadence when we walk the building.
Both. Most accounts prefer after-hours (5pm–5am) so the team arrives to a clean space. Day-porter and business-hours contracts are also available for larger or higher-traffic buildings.
Cleaning supplies and equipment are always provided by us. Consumables (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels) can be included in the contract or left on the client — your call.
